Buffet breakfast served in the restaurant. Efficient staff, comfortable bed in the room. Hoan kiem lake and other tourist spots where near lớn this hotel. Extras like flat-screen TV and beds were appreciated.

Friendly stafs, quite location and khách sạn facilities were perfect choice for Hanoi. This hotel is not in the đô thị center. But there are plenty of taxis just outside the khách sạn and costs not much to go khổng lồ the city center.
It was a fabulous 5-night stay at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi. The rooms and facilities are new, well-maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent. A supermarket opposite the hotel allows you to lớn buy most daily stuffs at relatively low prices. There are a few local restaurants across the road. A ~usd10 or 30 khổng lồ 40-minute taxi ride will get you to the cbd, old quarters, và most of the best museums và tourist attractions in Hanoi. The excellent services and smiles of the hotel staffs left a last impression!
